     In order to obtain a free modeling web page on Mississippi-Models please print or copy and paste this application to a word document, print, complete this application and mail to: Mississippi-Models  P.O. Box 2128, Brandon, MS. 39042. Be sure to keep a copy and enclose a minimum of 2 (Maximum of 4) professionally posed quality proofs (Color) 4" x 6" or larger (No Snap Shots, or Polaroid's),  of which one needs to be a head shot and at least one 3/4 length commercial shot. Professionally printed Zed cards may be used in lieu of prints. The proofs/prints will not be returned but placed into your file along with your application. Shots which include different poses, locations, clothing and hair styles are recommended. You will need to include proof of age and I.D.  If you are under the age of eighteen your parents or legal guardians must also sign this application and provide proof of I.D.  Your full name, address and phone number will not be listed on the web page for security and safety reasons. We will list your first name or your model name along with pictures, physical characteristics and modeling information. When you submit your Model Web Page Application we will create a web page using your images and once uploaded to the site, can be viewed by the general public. You may also choose to be contacted directly or by  Mississippi-Models when clients indicate an interest.
